Cattle raised on North Branch Farm include White-faced Hereford, Scottish Highland and Belted Galloway.

All animals are grassfed, rotationally grazed, and have shelter from trees available 100% of the time.

Vegetables are grown in a chemical-free, reduced-till, manure fertilized system.
Varieties grown have been personally selected and tested by Joe for the utmost flavor and quality.
